As Purple said, hope the weigh ins go well tonight!

Purple, usually the morning is the best time to weigh so it could be a good thing! (Plus then you can eat and drink after your normal weigh day cut off point.)

I don't feel I've done particularly well this week; I've had some horrid ear infection which has left me dizzy, sick and off my food. I couldn't even go to the SW Christmas party and awards ceremony (apparently I got an award too.) just felt really naff and the spray the doctor gave me isn't doing anything for the pain and I still can't hear! Sorry for the moan.

So sorry you're feeling so rough! Hope you feel better soon, eat what you can to keep yourself well and worry about SW later.

Sorry your missed the meal / awards, I didn't realise the meal involves awards I must admit. Our group consultant a meal but I'm not going as have a works meal and birthday for D3 also that week.

Yeah I like a morning weigh in I must admit but enjoy my quiet group more and the ladies there. Will be a good marker though as it'll be my final week before gains expected. lol

Really pleased with a 1lb loss this week again. as the lead up to xmas is such a tricky time I'm happy to keep making little steps.

I got my award tonight; I was named "Stunning Slimmer"... I nearly cried when my consultant told me how people were just cheering when they saw my photos of the slideshow.

I lost 1lb tonight too amazed by that tbh!

I lost half a pound this week...and as you say, in this run up to Christmas, anything is a bonus, so happy enough.

I haven't posted any photos on here., partly because I haven't seen anyone start a thread for before and after photos on the SW part and didn't want to force my photos upon people. Lol!

I'd love to see pics - I did put one in my journal but think the link is broken now. Can't wait for an 'after' pic.
