Okay just started using a slow cooker and loving it as I’m not the best cook.

Looking for inspiration and easy recipes.

I’ve cooked chilli, bolonese, roast chicken and chicken fajitas so far.

I love making curries in my slow cooker. I use the pastes, the meat I'm using and add the ingredients with extra veg and slow cook. I think it brings out the flavour more.

which paste to you use? is this syn free?
