Snap!!!! I made hummus yesterday I added smoked paprika into mine, it's a very good substitute to the real thing. The first time I made it I added a drop of water instead of yoghurt so it wasn't very good, this batch is much nicer, had some fir dinner with roasted red peppers and celery mmmm
