Recipe is for 2 - 4 people!

Ingredient for lettuce leaf:
500g Minced beef
1 onion (chopped)
2 garlic
Old el Paso taco spice (3.5 syns for packet)
Lettuce leaves (gem lettuce)
1 red or yellow pepper (chopped)
4tbsp water
Old el paso refried beans! (Syn FREE)
Half red onion
Method:
Fry mince,onion,peppers and garlic in a pan until brown. Add spice mix & water, cook for a further 10 - 15mins! Seperate each lettuce leaf and place on a big plate! Warm refried bean in the microwave and spread a thickish layer on each leaf! Add your mince and sprinkle with some chopped red onion!! (so good)
Sides:
Spiced potatoes:
Fry light
half a bag of new potatoes
1tsp cumin
1tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp chilli powder
1tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper
Method:
chop potatoes into wedges and mix spices together. Spray potatoes with frylight and sprinkle over spices untill covered. Place on a baking tray and cook for 30-45 min on 180°c
Grilled corn:
2 corn on the cob (halved)
Method: My method saved pans so i just put the corn on a shallow plate add a little water and cook in the microwave for 6-8 minutes!
Salsa rice:
150g long grain or basmati
salsa 144g ( any kind but look up syns, im using old el paso which is about 2.5 syns)
Method: boiled rice untill cooked and stir in salsa and reheat until hot throughout) AMAZING!!
