Ingredients
Shredded ham (or chicken) slices
12 eggs
45g reduced fat cheese (HexA), grated
Tomato chopped quite small
1 Onion chopped
Frylight
Directions
Spray a cupcake tray with frylight
Crack an egg into each cake cavity.
Push the ham/chicken into the egg
Top with chopped onions, tomato and a sprinkle of cheese
Bake on about 180 Degrees for 20-25 mins
Makes 12.

I love these though I tend to leave the cheese out and add mushroom instead making them syn free!
