1 Syn Yorkshire Puddings
1 Syn Yorkshire puds.
Makes 10
56g plain flour (10 Syns)
50ml milk
35ml water
1 Egg
Salt and Pepper
Sift flour and make a dip/well with back of spoon add egg and whisk gently whilst adding water and milk and season to taste.
Place 10 cake cases in a Yorkshire pud tin and spray with fry light
Place in a pre-heated oven on 220C (425F) for 20 minutes approx.
Milk would have to come from allowance or synned - but 5ml per Yorkshire wouldnt amount to much.
Haven't made them myself yet, but someone from my SW group has, pic of them looks gorgeous, and she said theyre lovely!
Oh I shall try them
Ooh I'll give them a try next week when I start SW - thanks!

I do too
or I put stuffing mixture in and make them mucky puddings instead. They are proper yum!
Mmm that sounds awesome!
Made these tonight and they were lovely. I only wanted 5 so I beat the egg and used half of it. I sprayed the tin and put the mixture straight in when the tin was hot. They rose well and were really light and fluffy.
So pleased to see this, I had been wondering how many syns in homemade Yorkshire puds.
Made these tonight, best Yorkshire I've had in ages.
I made these yesterday as a trial run for lunch today, they were lovely! Will do more today. With my homemade stuffing, a low sin Sunday lunch, perfect!
Thanks Nibbler x
