I got given this recipe a while ago but never tried it until tonight. Ammmazziiinnng! Totally having this again!

Thought I'd post it for those who want to give it a go

Ingredients
330ml Diet Coke (can)
1 Onion (chopped)
1 Garlic Clove (crushed)
4 Chicken Breast (cut into strips)
2 Tablespoons of Tomato Puree
6 Tablespoons of Passata
1 teaspoon of Chinese 5 Spice
200ml of chicken stock
Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Method
Spray a large pan with fry light.

Fry chicken in a frying pan with the chopped onion and crushed garlic until the chicken is golden.

Add the chicken stock and the rest of the ingredients.

Simmer until the chicken is cooked and the sauce thickens.

Serve with syn free potato wedges or boiled rice.

I've tried a version of this before, but it only had two chicken breasts in it which tbh was plenty. The recipe I was on here somewhere, will try and find the link
