Slimming World Big Mac in a Bowl... but without the bowl
...in a Bun (if you use your HEB)
Only 1 Syns per serving on Slimming World Extra Easy
Ingredients
100g Extra Lean Minced Beef
1 Dairylea Light slice (Half your Healthy Extra A allowance)
1 Tbsp of Kraft light thousand island dressing (1 syn)
Sliced Pickled Gherkins
Onion (sliced)
Iceberg Lettuce (shredded)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
60g Wholemeal Bap (Healthy Extra B)
Directions
Season the mince with a little salt and pepper and use your hands to squeeze the mince and shape into a round patty (about 3½ inches in diameter and half an inch thick).
Grill on high for about 6 - 8 minutes (flip halfway through) until browned and cooked all the way through (time depends on grill).
Optional: Fry with a spray of frylight.
Split your bun and lightly toast the inside.
Build your burger
Bottom of the bun
Shredded Lettuce
Thousand Island Dressing
Burger
Cheese Slice
2 Gherkin slices
Top of the bun
And there you have it; a 1 Syn big mac style burger with all taste of a Maccy D's but without 25 syns!
Enjoy!
Add slimming world chips! I know what's for tea tonight now
This is still one of my all time slimming world favs
With syn free chips and
Syn Free Coleslaw
Sounds awesome, going to be trying this. Always wondered what the name of the sauce in a Big Mac was but I tended to not want to ask too many questions about what was in my food from there!
I make my own sauce for this (it's in the SW Fakeaway book) and works out at 1 syns per portion (it makes 4 portions)
The fakeaway book is great if you can get your hands on one, there's KFC style recipes in there and the pizza recipes are good too. There's a donner kebab one too which is really nice!

Yeah i love the fakeaway book! I haven't done the Kebab yet but really want to. I found it weird it was beef though but we'll see.
I hadn't managed to make it at any point but someone made the kebab for a taster session, and it was really nice. It would be absolutely lovely on a wholemeal pitta with loads of salad and mayo! Especially warm (and after a few drinks of course
lmao)
Cannot wait to try this
i will maybe try this
