Syn Free BBQ Sauce Recipe - Slimming World

250ml Passata
1 Large Onion (diced)
1 tsp Chilli Powder (mild)
1/2 tsp Mustard Powder
3 tbsp Sweetener
5 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Salt & Black Pepper

Spray a pan with fry light and put on a low heat. Saute the onions in a pan with the chilli powder for 5 minutes or until softened.

Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes until thickened. check the seasoning before serving hot or cold.

Serves 4
Ready in 20 minutes
