This is a great dish my friend showed me as I'm away from home loads so eat on the go! It's syn free and you can make up 3 days worth at once so easy to take to work if required

1 punnet/ bag cherry tomatoes cut up
1 bunch spring onions chopped
2 peppers chopped really small
1 large tin sweetcorn
1 tin tuna
3 handfuls cooked pasta
Salt n pepper.

It's completely free, mainly super free.

Can add ham/ grilled bacon/ spinach

I was never a massive fan of salmon but since it's healthy I've been looking for something to make it delicious. Here's my recipe!

1 boneless salmon fillet for one person
1 large clove garlic finely chopped or crushed
2 table spoons soy sauce
1 sweetener
1/4 tea spoon coriander powder
1/4 tea soon ginger powder

1. Mix garlic soy coriander and ginger together
2. Put salmon in yin foil ready to wrap
3. Spoon dressing over salmon
4. Wrap up and leave for 10mins to an hour
5. Pop in oven on about 200 degrees
6. Cook for 12 minutes, open up the foil and cook for further 8 minutes
7. Serve and spoon on any left over marinade from foil

I like to enjoy with sautéed vegetables

Enjoy x

Hi. Beef and pork mince are much easier to find where I live than lamb mince - which only seems to be available at Easter. Has anyone ever made the doner kebabs with either beef or pork mince? x
