Hi Mini_me - Welcome
You can have 2 cheesestrings as a hex a choice.
What about incorporating the cheese into your meals? i.e. cheese on spag bol, cheese salad, etc.
If you need anymore help, start a thread in the main Slimming World page and one of us will see it

Syn Free Creamy Cajun Chicken Penne Pasta
I've been obsessed with this dish for about a month and must of made it at least 8 times already!
Perfect for dinner and great for lunch the next day
Serves 4:
3-4 chicken breast cut into pieces
500g penne pasta
4-5 tbsp of Cajun seasoning ( I use Swartz)
2 red peppers sliced thinly
1 large white onion sliced
1-1.5 ltrs of chicken stock (I normally use the 1.5ltr)
3-4 tbsp of Quark
35g grated cheese (hex)
1-2 egg yolks
I started by putting the chopped chicken into a pan and frying with 2 tbsp of Cajun seasoning. Fry for 1 minute and I add some water and cover with a lid for about 5-7 minutes.
Once cooked, take out the chicken and add the peppers and onion with another 2tbsp of Cajun seasoning and add a little water to this too.
Cook for about 10 minutes until soft (keep stirring).
Then add your pasta with the stock until it cover the pasta.
I normally cook this for about 12 - 14 minutes pretty much how ever long it takes to cook the pasta on the package.
Keep stirring otherwise it may stick!
Once cooked, add the quark, 1tbsp on Cajun seasoning, cheese & egg yolk into the pan.
Stir in and add the chicken for about 1 min.

Notes:
I use a large saucepan.
I don't add any salt and pepper because the Cajun seasoning already adds enough.
Tip: just keep and eye on it because it does tend to stick (lesson learnt)
Enjoy!!

I tried it with just the pasta not the chicken and it worked fine, just left it to defrost a little and warmed it back up in the microwave for a few minutes. Not as creamy as it is fresh but still yummy!

2 x 25g Dairylea light cheese slices
3 x 22.5g Dairylea light triangles
3 x 14g Dairylea original triangles (not chunky)
5 x 17g Laughing Cow Light Triangles
2 mini babybel
3 mini babybel light
28g each Cheddar, Edam, Emmental, Gouda, Gruyere, Parmesan.
42g each Mozzarella, Reduced fat Cheddar, Reduced fat Cheshire.
They even do a laughing cow extra light which I think is 6 as a HB and they do a laughing cow light blue which is lovely either as part of a salad or melted over a steak and if I've got to the end of the day with an option left I put it on celery and just eat it as a snack.
Hope this helps

Just so you know, these would be hex A choices, not B. B is your fibre, A is dairy
