Hi @Wobbles, Yes, I used to do a lot of Cardio and Soccer. But recently, I have been feeling a lot of pain in the lower part of my legs. Google says Its Peroneal Tendonitis so just some light exercise for now.
How are you getting on? What have you been upto to up your fitness levels?

Hi @RunIzzy ! I am doing pretty well now. I have not reduced any considerable weight yet but the Leg problem is way better now. All my legs needed was some well-deserved rest and Calf compression Wraps/Bandages.
I have started Soccer with my friends again and am getting fitter by the day.
BTW, Any advice on shin splints and anterior calf pain would be welcome.
