I didn’t think abs were starting to become reality until I started losing them again

What do you do? Cardio, weight lifting, crossfit, mix... other?

Hi @Wobbles, Yes, I used to do a lot of Cardio and Soccer. But recently, I have been feeling a lot of pain in the lower part of my legs. Google says Its Peroneal Tendonitis so just some light exercise for now.

Hi @RunIzzy ! I am doing pretty well now. I have not reduced any considerable weight yet but the Leg problem is way better now. All my legs needed was some well-deserved rest and Calf compression Wraps/Bandages.
I have started Soccer with my friends again and am getting fitter by the day.
BTW, Any advice on shin splints and anterior calf pain would be welcome.
