Tefal ActiFry vs Philips Airfryer

Does anyone have a Tefal ActiFry or Philips Airfryer? What do you think of them?
Do they just do chips or can you do other things in them? Seem like an expensive purchase just for chips.
I'm guessing looking at the price of the Philips Airfryer that it's just a replacement/healthier chip pan?
I've seen an ActiFry that has a second level but it's twice the price of a normal one and I can't find any recipes or what you can actually do on the top level.

I'm sorry. I didn't see this post until now. I couldn't have given much advice since I haven't used either of those particular pans but I do have a couple pieces of Tefal and they are wonderful.
Do let us know how it works out for you once you've taken it for a test drive.
I really could use some new cookware.
I have not used either of them but I did catch a commercial about the Philips Airfryer. It looks amazing! From what they showed, you can do just about anything with only a tablespoon of oil. You can do grilled cheese, potato chips, french fries, fried chicken, to chocolate brownies, frittatas, even roasted meats and vegetables. The next appliance I get will probably be this one!

My mum sent me one of these yesterday Mitch, but haven't used it yet. Have you used yours? How's it gone - any tips?
I like that you can cook rice dishes in it, so will try that out. Think I will use olive oil as have heard stories that frylite can damage it so I will take the syn hit
