These are really good compared to the other veggie burgers on the market. Four of them will cost you around six dollars but they are quite tasty. I tend to cook mine on the frying pan with olive oil and hot sauce or even barbecue sauce. You can slice them up once they're done cooking and put them in a salad or you could avoid the carbohydrates by putting them between large lettuce leaves.
