I have definitely seen it on a diet/healthy website just not sure when. Everything in moderation I guess well that's my theory and I've got on just fine
I eat this at least five times per week. It is fairly healthy and reality helps bridge the gap between meals. It is also very simple.
I use a spoon to mash up a banana in a bowl. I pour half a cup of agave onto the banana. I then take two spoon fulls of peanut butter and stir it into the banana and agave until it all meshes together.
Yum!
