Decided to throw together a soup that includes some goodness! You need to like lemons to like this though
Wobbles Detox Soup Recipe - well detox for lunch times anyway haha
Tin coconut milk
500ml broth (chicken I used)
Juice of 1/2 - lemon depending on taste
3-4 crushed garlics
1/2 tbsp grated ginger
1/2 tbsp turmeric
1 red chilli deseeded (I added a little seeds)
Chilli flakes
Throw it all in the pan apart from flakes on serving, bring to boil simmer for 10-15 minutes!
You can add more or less of any ingredient really. A full lemon was quite tangy but I like that, many may prefer half a lemon.
You can substitute chicken broth for vegetable broth.
Think I might even go as far as just adding the seeds from the chilli next time and seeing how hot it comes out!
