Healthy Nuts!
I started reading a book called The Flat Belly Diet. The premise of the diet is eating healthy monounsaturated fatty acids, which includes nuts. I buy all kinds of nuts and seeds in bulk, and then I measure out 1/3 a cup (approximately 100 calories worth) and put them in snack bags. I keep them on a bowl on the counter for when I am feeling in the mood to snack. That way I know I am getting a perfect portion on the go.
That's a really good idea! I love snacking on nuts and seeds! They're fab sprinkled over salads too! I've had to cut back though cos I started going really lightheaded after eating them and I was worried about maybe having developed an allergy!
I love nuts, but I don't know why (probably because of the oils in them) I always thought they were bad for you (although I did use to eat a whole big packet in one go
).
The only nuts I like are salted nuts or chilli flavoured, don't think they are particularly good for me
I love the nut snacks that come with Graze boxes!
My fav are honey cashews and salt and vinger peanuts... Not very healthy!
I like the sahara ones you get in the pub that are warm and have the crunchy coating on! And the chilli nobbys nuts!
Yer this went straight past 'healthy'
Why am I not surprised

I also use graze and once got roasted chilli pumpkin and sunflower seeds, they were amazing and I hope I get them again.
Food doctor do some amazibg nut/seed bags! I do tend to eat them rather quickly though!
