Homemade houmous

400g can chickpeas
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp fat free fromage frais
Salt

I blend the chickpeas first, then I add everything else and just keep testing it as I go along, adding more fromage frais if I want it creamier, etc. and salt to taste
It usually keeps for a few days too, so I've had it over a couple of lunch times with a stack of carrot sticks and the usual lol
