Hi there, I'm off sugar a the moment. In fact I gave it up in November last year. I haven't done too badly so far.
I do eat fruit, as it's got vitamins and fibre in it. I know it has fructose in it and some hard line no sugar dieters say not fruit, but I don't want to give it up.
Any hoo, my healthy sugar free dessert du jour is made in a nutribullet - or I guess any blender.
half an avocado
one chopped frozen banana
a tablespoon of cacao
almond milk
I swear it's like chocolate mousse, but without the refined sugar.
