1 pack of chicken wings
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 small onion sliced
2 spring onions halved and sliced
1 green chilli finely sliced
1 red chilli finely sliced
1/2 tsp chilli flake
4 garlic cloves finely chopped
1tsp salt pepper seasoning

- Arrange chicken wings on rack on top of a baking tray (put tin foul under rack)
- Cook as per instructions (if like the ones in sainsburys you can cut off the thin bone part after cooking easier with scissors)
- 5 minutes before chicken is finished oven pan fry the onion, chilli's, spring onions, chilli flakes & garlic with the sesame oil for a couple of minutes and add to a pyrex style dish
- Add chicken to pan skin side down (after cutting the extra/thin bone) and fry high on heat pressing down with a frying spatula slightly for half a minute
- Add to pyrex dish and grind salt & pepper over top followed with an extra light sprinkle of chilli flakes
- Put back in oven for a further 5-10 minutes as desired
- Serve

* You could add half a red or green pepper if desired

* You can buy dual sea salt and pepper grinders which are super handy

* You could make this spicy dish with just vegetables as a starter
