Saute Collards green sweet potatoes and mushrooms

This was delicious !

Just sauté some collards green and sweet potatoes and mushrooms in the little bit of olive oil , salt and pepper to taste.

We had ours with some grill chicken

That looks lovely! I love both mushrooms and sweet potatoes, but I don't think I've ever tried collard greens before.

Is the sweet potato sliced? Did you part boil first?

No wobbles , i sliced them in the thin side so they cook just like that in the pan ...sometimes i sliced them and grill them in the oven when i need a big quantity. In this case i sauté them and then sauté the mushrooms with them at the end

that dish can be eat cold/room temp as a salad or hot ...
