Great on yogurt or mix with granola or on its owns
2 lbs of apples
1 1/2 lbs about of red plums ( those are from my own garden)
Optional brown sugar to your own taste, 1 stick of cinnamon , 1 stick of vanilla bean
2 cup of water
cook until fruits are tender and mash
Oh! That looks really good. I bet it would help keep you regular too (plums). I am not a big fan of plums but I bet I could eat them if they were combined with something else. I love apples and I love cinnamon!
