Sweet potato and poached egg meal combos
Both equally YUM
Looks great! I tried making sweet potato chips last night for the first time and they were a total fail! These look much nicer!

Nice
Think if I was to give it a go I'd do a egg done with frylight, but it looks great

I checked mine at 20 minutes and they were fine to go 5 minutes more they did go a bit too soft for my likings but still it was nice

I had success with sweet potato "fries" by cutting them into wedges, spraying the pan with cooking spray, salting them lightly and cooking them at 350 degrees F turning once during cooking. The thing is, the timing is key - I had to check them every few minutes after the first 10 min or so to make sure they did not burn. They are so sensitive! I burned the first 2 batches but tried again with success. I should have written down the time, but of course I did not!
I love sweet potatoes too!! I love potatoes in whole;-) No matter what kind of cooking process was used;-) As for this kind of potatoes i also have problem with the time!! I burn it or make it too soft(( only few times it was great!
