300-400g chicken
2 tbsp nut oil
3 tbsp honey
1tsp ground ginger
1 level tsp pepper
2 heaped teaspoons of nutty or smooth natural peanut butter
2 (3 if desired) chilli's deseeded & chopped
3 garlic crushed cloves
Handful cashew nuts
3 tbsp light soy sauce
300g vegetable stir fry
- Cook chicken
- Add nut oil, honey, chilli, peanut butter, ginger, garlic and pepper stirring for about a minute.
- add veg stir fry and soy sauce stirring for 3-5 minutes (to preference).
- Serve with rice noodles or whole grain rice.
