My favorite lunch

My favorite lunch is very simple because not only does it fill me up, I feel great when I eat it. Turkey breast and swiss cheese with spicy brown mustard on a tortilla wrap, with fresh greens, and tomatoes. Add some healthy baked veggie chips on the side with a water or even a nice club soda with lemon/lime, and you are good to go!

Sounds great Avocado! I love wraps too. Do you use a whole wheat tortilla? I find that some of the white ones contain as many as 170 calories. Flat bread works well for this lunch as well!

You know when I can get them, absolutely! I love using the whole wheat tortillas. Sometimes they are sold out when I go to the store so I think they are pretty popular.

I am still looking for a great lower calorie tortilla. Most of the types that I have tried have a weird, grainy texture, or are almost rubbery. I keep toying with the idea of trying to make my own, but that seems like a lot of work that may not pay off.

I thought wraps were high in points (Weight Watchers). I love them don't get me wrong. I usually will eat one with tuna (in water) and a touch of lite mayo - I load it with lots of veggies. I'm going to have to try spicy brown mustard.

We buy the Sainsburys wholemeal tortilla wraps they are 172 calories... in syn value that is 8.5 syns I think, not sure how weight watchers work their points. SW you're allowed 15 syns a days so it's about working your points/syns I calorie count and watch my carbs so if I have bread/wraps/pasta/potatoes I usually won't have anything on that list rest of the day, I meal plan... hope that makes sense
