Just January Challenge

Well the occassional SP meals and endless water drinking must have worked because I lost 2lb this week, got my 5st award and reached my "Just January" goal.

I'm supposed to be going out for lunch with my mum and gran tomorrow, though mum isn't feeling very well tonight so may need to cancel. But, if we do go I plan to treat myself to a nice pudding to celebrate...... something with custard I think.

3lb gone tonight (think my numbers were wrong) - takes me to 5lb lost this month so far (3lb off, 1lb on, 3lb off). Also takes me lower than my pre-xmas weight so am chuffed.

since lost a lot of weight last week I thought would have an easy week and slipped back into bad habits. Vending machine teas, Friday lunchtime McDonalds run, No meal plans and takeaways both Friday and Saturday night as had been out and couldn't be bothered cooking. So +9lbs this week Still as long as I learn and move on. Am swapping to 2 meal replacement shakes and a main meal this week. Hopefully start on the exercise bike as well. Good luck everyone else.
