I forgot to update it yesterday, worked more on the weights yesterday so only done 1.8km on the bike then 2.4km on xtrainer so I'm now 51.87/160km!
I wanna do this by the 30th June
I log treadmill, bike & rower although treadmill and bike is usually the most of it
I only got to about here in total last month I think but I've upped things. Little slower this week with AF but I'm not kicking myself usually I won't go to the gym when it's totm!
I do less on strength days also, yesterday was a strength day and tomorrow is my second.
That's brill! Shows how much you've upped it too, we're not even half way through the month! They're the cardio I use too
Yeah I hate gymming it on totm too, it's the last thing I feel like doing, although apparantly you burn off a lot more during that time?? Which I didn't know until last month.

Got to gym ... No water no money so nob brought me my water bottle (he was off today thankfully)
Got into gym... No towel *doh* managed to borrow one
Got on treadmill stuck ear phones in... wouldn't work so fiddling around with the gadget volume channels etc looking baffled then realised I'd not plugged them in

Gym flew yesterday tho! Did me good tho coz i had a rotten day.
So, altogether yday i did 9.97km on xtrainer, treadmill, bike and rower.
61.84/160km!
