Improved today but I just haven't had the go go go this last 2 days. If I feel like this tomorrow, even a slight doubt to go I'll be staying away. Think I just need a good sleep but some work stuff got in the way of that last night.
So today I did 11.65 so thats a total of 98.33/160km
The x trainer I really need to get back on lol

Not really sure. My AF is being a pain not only was it 5 days early but this last 2 nights it's been nothing then as soon as I've got up and active it's come back lightly.
Has been a weird month x

Had a rubbish cardio day today, focused more on weights, so managed 7.09
68.93/160km
got two more gyn sessions this week so really hoping to pass the 90 or 100 mark! Maybe a tad optimistic of me tho lol!

I really want to do this! But cos I don't go to the gym and my phones shit and won't let me work out routes I have to go old school with an a-z and piece of string lmao! I like a good challenge and I think trying to cover distance would be better for me than trying to stick to a time iykwim?

Iphone3, there is ways of doing it, but the bloody things so old it crashes as soon as you ask it to do something out the norm! It needs updating but it's jailbroken and i lose it if I updated it! Still searching the sofas for £180 to fix my galaxy s3 *sobs*
