Whats the difference between meal replacement shakes and protein shakes and the importance of the difference? The price differences can be quite considerable when I look at some of the health shops for 'protein power'.

I like a mixture of the two it just depends on the day some of the taste really nice but others in the grocery store or in boots can be be quite pricey but filling. I have them instead of sandwiches when I am out in town. That's my main purpose to go into town, I don't turn up for the group or activity of daily life, I turn up so I don't have to eat bread at home with the parents and so I can exercise. A majority of the time, i use the social group/cafe as my walking adventure/destination or pitstop for free cup of tea.

I prefer just a regular whey protein shaker. If need I would throw a banana, pb and oats to make it into a meal replacement. More cost effective this way.

Hi meal replacements are enriched with vitamins and minerals, and if you are chosen them in a weight loss range they are low in carbs and sugar. I personally use the Pickslim one for my weight maintenance ! 1 shake after an indulgent weekend is always welcome !
