Meal replacement shakes

Hi ive been trying so hard too lose weight with sw but getting no where so ive decided im gonna kick start things with meal replacement shakes. I have brought ultraslim from tesco and oh my goodness lush but seriously scary sugar levels can anyone else advise ones too try that wont break the bank please ?

Slimfast will be the same.

If you want a proper meal replacement without sugar levels then it's going to have to be a Protein shake type of thing, but not the type sold in supermarkets. Somewhere like Bulk powders is an online site, and the shakes are under principle of low carb - so you could use one shake a day and low carb meals or 3 a day.

Cambridge diet is also set up to be a full meal replacement diet but a lot of money a week.

I drink the Forever Living vanilla shakes and they're great! 15 servings but can get 16-17 out of one pouch if you fill just below the line. They taste really nice too. Message me if you're interested :-)

I personally use Pickslim shakes.they are just £1,20 and they are good,my favorite is vanilla : it reminds me a milk shake. And most important they do not taste protein!
