I started the detox yesterday, seems ok but asit was a bank holiday and no work, it's hard to say.

I need to lose at least 3 stone, I'd be happy with that, more would be great tho, but once I reach that target I intend to go by look and feel rather than the scales. (I'm over 16 stone )

I have tried many diets and to be honest they have all worked in some way or another, the problem I have found is that I can't stick to them or my work schedule gets in the way.

I've chosen Juice Plus this time as the shakes are easy for work.

So here goes......

Day 1......Yesterday

Day off from work so did little, just relaxed and planned a few meal ideas for the week,

Banana Omellette forbreakfast, not bad and pretty quick and simple.

I only had one other meal all day but I made sure itwas a good one...
Salmon, salad and sweet potato chips...... it was lush

I did have a snack of nairns oatcakes with feta cheese whilst watching a bit of tv in the evening.

No coffee orcoke all day, which is a big step for me as at work I'm known as the Costa Queen. Lol

I had 2 cups of green tea, one with mint #meh

I managed a litre of water.... not enough I know but I intend to do better today
