Anyone done a shake diet?
Slimfast? Cambridge?
What were your results? X
I've tried a couple and failed! Slimfast gave me the shits, it was that bad I had to send the kids to my mums!
I tried Tony fergusson too, which is like Cambridge. I lasted a couple of days ad then couldn't face yet another shake!
Sorry that wasnt much use!
It's a curiosity thing more than anything
I'd be afraid of regaining it all the minute I'd start eating normally :/
That's the reason I'm not a massive fan of them! But I suppose for a quick fix they're ok! The skimfast one's are really nice if you put ice in and use a blender, they go like milkshake! I think my problem was the amount of dairy I was having!
Yeah those are gorgeous, the cafe latte one is yum
I tried Shake that Weight one, and altho i lost a bit initially i then started to gain. I dont think i was eating enough as the shakes were only 135cals each. They were nice tho - Vanilla one tastes like melted ice-cream - and i was very disiplined but got disheartened when the weight wasnt going.
ActiDiet
Is a very new diet and is great for those wanting to see fast results. I myself have treid the conventional SW and WW but I am too impatient plus hate having to cal count!
I am now a Consultant and Mentor for Actidiet after following the plan myself for 5 weeks and loosing over a stone.
Its easy to follow and all meals are provided.
we do Shake's, Soups, Main Meal's, Scrambled egg's, Porridge but we can also add veg and other stuff too.
But the best thing of all I have kept the weight OFF

I have never tried a shake diet simply because I have a hard enough time sticking to a diet that I can actually eat on. I know that I will not do well with simply doing shakes for meals.
I go on and off them so pretty much to suit me and just lower my carbs... it has helped me and some days I just don't fancy breakfast or lunch so I have a shake to keep me going
I use celebrity slim active
I follow Cambridge and have seen people loose stones and pile it all back on because their eating habits haven't changed, but then again it's the same with all diets.
