I regularly replace a meal with a smoothie. I normally use almond milk..banana and strawberries as it tastes amazing and only uses 1pp on ww for 250ml of the milk. Need new ideas though

Smoothies are a great way to include all healthy stuffs into one. They provide all the essential nutrients, proteins, carbs, fibers, vitamins in just one drink. Other than that, drinking smoothies help you feel fuller and satisfied for few hours thereby making you eat less food.
One such healthy weight loss smoothie that you can try at home is peach and mango smoothie. This yellow-shade smoothie is a good one for your weight loss plans. All you need is a mango, small peach, almond milk, ice cubes, filtered water and some flax seeds to decorate. You just have to add all the ingredients in the blender until it turns smooth.

Oh I didn't see this hun!

I buy the frozen fruit, it's well nice ... then add spinach, milk/water ... even natural greek yogurt.Of course I add whey protein to my smoothies too.

Raspberries - vanilla whey - spinach - almond milk
Strawberries & bananas - vanilla whey - spinach - almond milk
Raspberries - water - vanilla whey - natural yogurt - spinach
Cherries - chocolate whey - coconut milk

With or without the spinach on the above ... Not ventured any further yet as it all costs I guess. I also made some up couple of days ago and poured them into ice lolly moulds

You could also add chia or flaxseeds in smoothies!

Smoothies are good but you can sometimes replace them with oatmeal raisin cookies or oatmeal cakes which is nutritious for health.

Yogurt + Almonds + spinach + apple and banana. For sweetener you can try raw honey or agave.

There is an exotic blend of dragonfruit smoothie if you are interested in one. The ingredients are banana, papaya, dragon fruit, yogurt and almonds. Blend them together and sweeten according to taste. However, it s a bit tricky to cut a dragon fruit properly so maybe this will help
