seeing as i don't eat a lot during school (anxiety about eating) i was thinking of taking meal replacement shakes to help keep my energy levels up and i would find it a lot easier to manage weight loss etc. after reading a few threads online i cam across tesco ultraslim, but i haven't heard whether they were a good investment or not. i don't have the money to buy very expensive meal replacement/protein shakes, so this is looking like the safest option, if they work. what would you think?

I posted about them not too long ago (http://www.socialslimmers.com/shakes...slim-fast.html). I love them. Taste so much better than any other shakes I've tried. We bought a load when they were on special. I replaced breakfast (which I didn't usually eat, but apparently it's good to get your metabolism going) and sometimes one for lunch. I definitely recommend them over other shakes

The only shakes I have enjoyed are celebrity slim and tesco ultraslim. Use fat free or 1% milk ... Slim fast is another cheaper option but they are yuk so I didn't think I would enjoy them but I would recommend.
