If you have one, that is.

Every morning, I drink a green smoothie for breakfast. It is yummy, healthy, and filling. I blend a handful of spinach leaves, a handful of frozen pineapple chunks, a handful of frozen mango chunks, one banana, and two cups water.

I have been doing this for weeks now and am still not sick of them yet, because they are so good.

I went through a smoothie thing for a little while. My fav was mango & banana:

Take the flat stone out and peel + cut into chunks.
Peel and chop the banana.

Optional:
Sometimes I put a passion fruit in

I personally thinned it down with a little water not because of the consistency but for me it was a little rich.

Jessica, one of my favorite smoothie recipes is this one here. This is a Paleo Diet recipe and I've had some success using it. I really believe the coconut milk is the secret ingredient here.

1 banana
1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
1 orange, peeled and quartered
Juice of one lime
4 ice cubes
1 tbsp ginger
½ tsp nutmeg
2 tsp turmeric
½ cup coconut milk
¾ cup water
