Juicing without Binging

Whenever I've tried liquid diets in the past, I've lost a little weight but then binged once I started back on solids and so the diet did me no good. I've only ever done clear liquid diets though, and wonder if it'd be any different if I were juicing. What are your thoughts?

I have juiced before and I didn't binge when I was done, but juicing is a lot more filling (I think) than clear liquids. Some of them can be hard to get down though, especially if they don't have a lot of fruit in them -- they'll be bitter. Even though it's more filling than clear liquids, however, it isn't really satisfying... I always wanted "real food" after I'd had my juice!

Oh I would expect to still feel hungry and unsatisfied during the juicing period. It is good to hear, however, that you had success with not binging afterwards. Why didn't you add more fruit to make your juice blends more palatable?

Juicing is one part of dieting that I cannot do. I can only have small amount of juice at a time due to my blood sugar. Fruit contains a lot of sugar so be careful of that.

I've tried a diet where all you can have is juice drinks and I didn't last long with it. That might be good for losing a few pounds fast for a party but I couldn't stay on it for more than a day or two.

Yeh. I did a juice diet for a little while but stopped after realising how much natural sugar is in it.
