I believe they suggest you slowly build your healthy extras and if you continue losing weight to up your suns slowly x

If you've only just reached target, you are advised to stick to plan as normal for the first week, and then see how the scales are after your first target week.
If you're still losing, then they'll advise you start to increase things, but slowly as Wobbles says. Usually to increase it to an additional B choice every other day to start with.

I wasn't told about it either but it just made sense you know?

I am now at target for about 6 months and am sticking to having a bit more cheese and potato skins and porridge (I hadn't eaten any simple carbs during my weight loss year) and it is working for me.
