Maintaining where weight loss is concerned

So I am back to maintain after putting some of that weight back on ...at least as a maintain where weight is concerned.

My waist is the size I am happy with but I do want to shape or/and trim down in other ways including fat vs lean, hips and better shape to my legs/thighs.

Is anyone else on the same journey of not wanting to lose more weight but have targets of other areas now?

Well since this post I changed my food habits (macros) and I've both slimmed down and lost some pounds.

I am now keeping an eye on the scales so I don't lose any more. How crazy is this!

I've been here twice now! It's so easy to slip backwards I learnt. I added 24lbs if memory is right when I moved. Shocking!

I find maintaining even harder than losing weight. It is easy to slip back into the old habits and then have to lose the weight again. I have been doing that a bit lately!

It was shocking how easy it was and how hard it was to see what I was doing!

I agree with you Bevzi. Maintaining the weight is quite hard.
