I started my journey in December 2012 and today I hit almost 50 lbs of weight loss! I'm only 5 ft and have gone from 171 lbs down to 121.4 lbs. I feel amazing! So much happier, healthier, stronger and fitter!

I showed my husband these pics and he said 'wow I can't believe how big you used to be!' Not sure if that's a compliment!

I was just over 12 stone when I started and now 8 st 9.4 lbs
