1 year ago I'd have done anything to be where I'm lucky enough to currently be. Now I'm here..I'm aiming for just a little lower

Maintaining could be hard!

I don't think moving the goalposts is necessarily a bad thing, though. It never hurts to reassess once you reach a goal. Congratulations on losing so much already and I hope maintenance is easier for you than you anticipate!

It never hurts to look at your goals and go lower if you like. I think you've done so well though!

Just noticed we have the same goal

I think bang in the middle of healthy bmi is a great place to aim for

I'm convinced that this is the hardest part! It's so hard knowing where to stop! I shifted my goal when I got to target and am actually happier now I've gained back the few extra lbs I lost! Obviously everyone carries it differently, but I think it's a "nice" weight for our height! Not too small, but small enough to feel slim

I've given myself a target that I think I'm more likely to get, but I think even now if/when I get there I would probably go further if I could. Nothing wrong with going that bit further You can usually gage from friends if you are going a little too far
