You really have a lot to be proud of! What a difference between the first and last photo. You look amazing. I might be a little jealous if I didn't know what kind of sacrifice and hard work went into earning that transformation. Congratulations!

I do these too I am just not brave enough to put them online. I think maybe a handful of friends have seen mine, otherwise people just get the stats update instead. Looking good, keep it up!

Twyladee I started with slimming world and in April I went to the gym and followed calorie control diet on MFP of 1200 calories a day. Cut a lot of habits ... butter carbs sugar crisps and occasionally I've done shakes but not excessive and didn't play the no carbs rules, I adapted the shake around me n ot tyhe instructions at the back of the tin iykwim?

Avidian I only shared on a private group originally but then I realised it was pushing me forward the more I shared. I am ashamed at the size I got over 2 years but proud of what I've done to put 'me' back'. My ex said I now look like I did when we met and of course before I had kids.

Wobbles, congrats!! You look great! Can I ask you how you managed to take it down to 1200 calories a day without feeling hungry all the time, though? Every time I try to cut my calories down that low, I'm just hungry all the time.
