although any new scales won't give me exact weight as last ones so who knows. Stilllllllllllllllll doing atkins...so bored though roughly trying to stay on it until the week before xmas. I will not be doing this again anytime soon hard to beat ww or sw compared to this! X

So I got scales replaced and thankfully I'm not 112st

10st 0.8 still teasing me though...bmi is exactly 25....not bad compared to the 30+ I was very soon though

9st 12 today but 5/8 of us have food poisoning overnight so its down to that! V&D has stopped since this morning so now we're just all wiped...eating won't be my priority today :/ just getting fluids into us all xx

9st 12.2 with average eating yesterday. Caved and had one slice of toast with my egg yestetday but glad I did. Back to normal business today
