How you getting on Mrs? x

Well weigh in today after coffee as I forgot..was +2Lb..not sure what the heck happened this week...but was incredibly bunged until after weigh in today! Probably overate this weekend...snacked on peanuts and although low carb I ate too many :/ getting incredibly bored of this diet now. Its playing havoc with toilet habits and there's only so many eggs you can eat

I'm in no doubt I've lost most of that already

I'm really trying so hopefully...if I muck about now I run the risk of putting on before xmas...don't mind during xmas
I'm still showing +2 But af has landed so putting it down to retention plus I have been ill and had to take steroid inhaler so could be that too. But my mood has been better prior to af not so much pmt and barely knew she was on way

Ah yes likely AF if not a combo of both! Fingers crossed it settles by end of week! x

Not sure how I'm doing as my scales have broke unless I do really weigh 112st today! but I think I'm doing ok according to old scales. They're under warranty so new pair for free. X

112st!! My scales are playin up too, they don't seem to want to weigh me - taking that as a sign not to weigh!
