Low Carb Diets - What's the max amount of carbs?

Old thread but nice information triumphhcg!

I am eating low carb at the moment which does have me focusing on higher protein... main focus is to avoid all grains and wheat!

Always remember your crab count should always be low and you should not have them at night. Because its heavy to digest and also have good amount of fats.

You gain weight not from carbohydrates, but from a caloric surplus. If they are simple carbohydrates, sugar, then yes, it will harm your body. Simple carbohydrates provide little energy. That is why it is better to eat complex carbohydrates. And I don't trust such diets.
