Has anyone here tried the prepackaged Atkins shakes? The flavors sound pretty good but I hate to buy a 4-pack only to discover that they taste really bad. If you've tried them, which flavors do you recommend?

Chocolate is lovely and strawberry and the cafe royale as well

they're a milk protein concentrate...whatever that is

Mamafy -- Thanks for the suggestions. I think I'll start out with the chocolate and cafe royale and go from there. Normally I'm not the biggest fan of strawberry but when the other two get old I'll give it a shot.

The chocolate is my favourite...don't think I'd ever tire of it
