I used to be a chain smoker. It wasn't easy to quit smoking in the first place. I quit and started again at least 6-7 times. Finally, I managed to quit it and I think it was the best thing I had done. I shouldn't have started in the first place. It requires lots of willpower to stay away from doing again.
