I have a lot of respect for anyone giving up cigarettes. I quit some time ago after many fail attempts. It is hard but sooooo worth it. I slip up maybe once a year and feel the next day why I quit.
Good luck. You can do it
Yea wobbs they checked that I was motivated and ready, it just feels daunting now time up quit's approaching! Doesn't help that OH has no intentions of giving up!
Thanks for the support everyone! I know it'll be worth it in the long run!
Ah that will be a challenge for you! Shame he won't try too x
I know! He's always said he enjoys it too much to quit though! I think Saturday morning's going to be the hardest cos it's the first thing I do in the morning!
I said that ... Refused to stop! Get him vaping!!!!
He's got one - he sat on it and broke it
feeling really sick today, day 8, so the dose has doubled. I've really felt it kick in though and have barely smoked!
Good sign Hun
I've decided champix is the stuff of the gods! And I think I may have just had my last ever cigarette! I've felt so sick and bloated all day, went for a wander with the girls and for the first time in years went out without having a cig first! Major achievement for me, cos I always have one before leaving the house even if it's only been 5 mins
just had one now and was wretching straight away and only smoked half!
I'm in shock, yesterday I didn't think I'd be able to do it and today the appeal's just totally gone! Bloody wonderful this stuff!
Last cigarette has been had
didn't even have a pre-bed one and only had 1 this evening, where on a Friday night with a drink I'm usually like a chimney! Feeling really positive now, I didn't even really want the one I had tonight!
As I was brushing my teeth I gave myself a little pep talk about how I was now a non smoker and I can do this
corny, but PMA all the way!
You can do this youuuu cannnn doooo thissss
