Well chuffed! I just did the school run in a pair of shorts with a tight vest top tucked in and felt fab! This time last year I was still in jeans and cardis cos I didn't want anyone seeing my flab! And I didn't even own any shorts. I remember doing the school runs absolutely sweltering lol!

It's the small things that count! I think sometimes we get too caught up in the scales - I know I do! And looking at other things can make you see how far you've come even if the scales not shifting!
