Diet To Gym Compare Pics
Week 4/5 of diet - started 10th January, had lost around 16lbs at this point
Day 1 of gym - 12th April, had lost around 26lbs at this point
8 weeks of gym - This was last week so around a total of 34lbs loss
I'm really happy with these results. I do a combo of 2 strength session a week but mostly cardio and healthy eating.

I've loads lol *blush* especially since the gym. As soon as I started the gym I seem to battle the scales but realised I was losing inches and the only thing that has stopped me going backwards is pictures x
Haha it's a good thing you have loads!! I'd look at them.all day if mine where anything like yours haha! Just fab. I took ones at the start and at one stone loss but i cant see any difference at all which was rather disappointing lol!

The pics have defo kept me going when I'm ready to give up now the weight loss has slowed down x
Do you take them at specific times like weight loss or is it just whenever u can? I'm gonna start taking more i think.
